How to Order
Ordering
If you wish to place an order you should note the item Ref number and send us an email to our Sales Department.

Our product descriptions
We attempt to represent all our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur as screen colours are determined by your monitor display. Please note that due to the type of dyes used in our products pattern placement may differ from the product photograph shown.
Delivery
Within the UK your order is delivered by First Class mail and usually takes 1-2 working days. If you require your order urgently you can choose next day delivery at the checkout.
International orders are shipped by standard airmail service which takes 3-7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any unforseen delays in the delivery of your order. If we are aware of excessive delays in the processing of your order we will notify you at the time.
Proof of posting is obtained at the time of shipping and we can't be held responsible in the unlikely event of your order getting lost or delayed in the post. If you are concerned that your item hasn't arrived within 25 days please let us know and we will try to help.
Items in stock will normally be shipped in 2-3 working days. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks.
Any international duties or tax are payable by the customer. We declare the value of goods (excluding postage) on a CN22 declaration form to countries outside the EU.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not happy with your order please email us with your concerns before returning the item. If the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase we will exchange, repair the item if required or refund your account. If you ordered an incorrect size the item can be exchanged if unused but a return postage fee will be charged.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, your postage charges will be reimbursed, as part of your refund or exchange.
Privacy
Any information we ask for is used to help in the process of your order and notify you of any important changes. We do keep records of prior purchases to enable us to inform you about future products and offers.
You can be rest assured that all information is kept in a secure environment and is not shared with anyone else. If, at any time, you wish to be removed from the database, you can unsubscribe.
