DOPCPOT make beautiful handmade bespoke pottery in their workshop in Derry City Centre.

Docpot was established in 2001 and is celebrating 10 successful years in business. Docpot is a small studio pottery based in Pump Street right in the heart of Derry City. Visitors are always welcome to my studio where you can get a chance to see my work being produced firsthand.

Each piece of Docpot is designed and handcrafted by myself Deirdre O' Callaghan. The Docpot range comes in 4 colourways; French Green, Willow Blue, Poppy Red and Chocolate Black providing plenty of choice to suit all tastes and can built into a beautiful collection to adorn your home. The tableware collection is degined to be practical and functional. It is dishwasher and microwave safe and can be used from day to day.

The Docpot Giftware range continues to grow in popularity. Handcrafted Docpot vases, platters and bowls make a really special, wedding, birthday or anniversary gift. For me the joy of being a small studio potter is that customers can approach me, the potter, personally with their own ideas or designs for unique ceramic pieces. This service gives the customer a real story to accompany their bespoke ceramic piece and adds more sentiment to an a gift for a friend or a loved one.

Finally Docpot has been commissioned to produce exhibition pieces for building and organisations.. These commissioned artworks can be viewed here on my website. Commissioned worked is always welcomed and is an area of work which really takes my ceramic art to the wider public.
